Business Development :

Our Business Development Department has the responsibility for bringing new clients to Allied Employer Group. They are responsible for communicating our services and benefits to potential new clients; they also gather the required data needed for a business proposal. Business Development personnel work closely with our underwriter to determine the prospective client’s risks and needs.

Thousands of Business Owners across the country have discovered the benefits of using a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to help them with Human Capital Management, and to Increase Return on Investment in Employees (Human Capital).

Don Osborne is the Director of Business Development for Allied Employer Group. Don was a small business owner before coming to work for Allied, so he understands the risks and issues facing small business owners. The practice of Business Development at Allied is to build a business relationship based upon honesty, loyalty, and openness. We try to understand the most pressing employment / employee issues facing a prospective client and address those from a business perspective of doing what is best for the client.

If you are having problems retaining or acquiring employees because of inadequate benefits such as group health and retirement planning, or you are finding it difficult to obtain affordable workers’ compensation coverage, you may contact Don Osborne at the Allied Employer Group web site. He will schedule a meeting with you and members of your staff, he will review information you provide him, and determine if you have a need for our services. Service proposals can be generated without obligation once the proper documentation is provided.
